Target Marketing
This course was designed for dealers and sales reps
to help them identify their target market.
My team created an imaginary community and, using
a dealer as a tour guide, visited various locations
within the community. The goal was to provide
information and things-to-consider when marketing
and advertising.
Locations included City Hall (History), Honeycomb
Bakery (Business Development), the local University
(Inbound and Outbound), Chamber of Commerce
(Community Development).
My role: I designed all graphics elements and
integrated graphics into GoAnimate! (characters
were from GoAnimate!) Copywriting (team).
Assets: GoAnimate!, Lectora, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Photoshop
I have 12 years' experience in eLearning Design &
Development, using a variety of tools. A few examples

Materials Ordering Process Reset
This training was designed to provide a
detailed process flow for all teams
involved in the materials management
process. This is a completely new
business process and this course was
created to provide consistency between
the groups. This course is linear.
My role: Meet with SME to define the
process and identify key areas of
confusion. Develop content, resource
documents, graphics and video assets to
support training objectives.
Assets: Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
Branching Scenario
This course was designed as a real-world example for dealers, showcasing how best to find the best solutions
for their customers.
This course had our imaginary customer selecting shade for three different rooms. Each room offered three
shade options, along with three operating system options. Sounds simple enough, right? Here’s where it got
complicated. The idea was to determine a "good", "better", or "best" option for each room, based on the clues
the customer had provided. That is a lot of possibilities!
My role: Write script and create storyboard. Meet with SME to determine benefits of each shade type and
operation option. A CAD expert was hired to create the graphics. Actors were hired to record all responses.
